1000 Journals Project
You have heard, of course, about the 1000 Journal Project? "Someguy" sent out 1000 blank journals into the universe with the instruction to add to it and pass it on. When a book was filled, it was to be returned to him. He has a website where the travels of each book could be updated. Five of the books were at the 2001 Art Continuum (two weeks after 9-11) and we all worked in them and by the end of the week they had disappeared. I watched his site forever hoping they would show up, but they never did. Anyway, this book is a compilation of a small bit of the massive project. Teesha, Tracy and a very few other familiar names and work appear. I really like how they present this book.
